Eunoia

From Ancient Greek εὔνοια (eunoia, “goodwill”, literally “beautiful thinking”), from εὖ (eu, “well, good”) + νόος (noos, “mind, spirit”).

Essential oils used:
•Palo Santo (known for spiritual cleansing)
•Vetiver for promoting stabilization of the mind and realism. Also has anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal and analgesic properties.
•Frankincense for harmonizing the mind, body, spirit. Also contains antibacterial and antiviral properties.

Added some chamomile flowers for an additional calming effect
